How the wash cycle works

1. Profiling. Pepperl+Fuchs photoelectric, proximity and ultrasonic sensors read the vehicle shape.
2. Chassis rinse. 16 underchassis nozzles wash salt and mud from below.
3. Pre-soak shampoo. The machine sprays car wash liquid automatically, at 20–40 ml per car.
4. High-pressure wash. The 360° rotary arm rinses at 80 kg through 15 spray-arm nozzles.
5. Magic foam (optional). You can add lava foam as an upsell program.
6. Water wax and air dry. A wax coat goes on, then four 4 kW top fans dry the car.

Finally, the full cycle takes 6 to 8 minutes, depending on the program.
